Aeshaane's peace silk scarves are a completely handmade artisan product. Each of their scarves takes at least a week to produce, excluding the harvesting and printing. Unlike traditional silk they are completely vegan friendly. Each piece is truly ethical and eco-friendly, a luxury item with a soul.
Each scarf is handmade at Aeshaane's in house workshop in Srerampore, a small village near Kolkatta, where their artisans share their values and produce in a fair way. Aeshaane celebrates all that is slow, ethical and does not harm the people or the planet.

I ordered Blend in the fabulous Zuri Release Rush that characterizes so many of their exciting new products, and I’m glad I caught it in time! As often happens, the camera sensor/pixel compression/dye batch variations ended up delivering a different color way than I expected, with the indigo being decidedly teal in real life, but I’ll make it work.
The “peace silk” has a wonderful raw feel, and it easily catches on itself, making arranging the wrap placement more secure, if at first a learning curve. So glad I tried it.

I was sorry I missed the previous batch of scarves as this was the one I would have purchased but it was sold. Thrilled that I was able to get this one ! The colors are even more luscious in person and the feel and sophistication of the silk is truly extraordinary! So pleased. Hope there will be more designs in the future as I would certainly love to own another!
