Returns & Exchanges
Something not quite right? Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days for all orders within the EU.
For all orders, items must be unwashed, unworn and undamaged, with tags on, to qualify for a return or exchange. (Masks are final sale and may not be returned.) Limit of one exchange per order. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 10 days of return receipt.
HOLIDAY RETURNS: Any returnable holiday items/orders placed between November 19th and December 25th will eligible for return authorization through January 10th.
EU EXCHANGES ship free for all products valued at €150+ ! All items that are unworn and undamaged may be exchanged for any reason within 30 days of receipt. Return postage for exchanges of any product valued at €150+ will be reimbursed in the form of a refund credit to the original order payment up to €18, once a shipping receipt is emailed to the above address. Return postage for exchanges with an order value of less than €150 will be the responsibility of the customer, and outbound exchange postage will be invoiced a shipping fee of €10. Please ensure tags are still on and the tote is included in the return.**
RETURNS may be returned at the cost of the customer // All items that are unworn and undamaged may be returned for any reason within 30 days of receipt. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
* For all orders placed through FACEBOOK or INSTAGRAM shops: In addition to the conditions above, orders placed through Facebook or Instagram are eligible for refund or store credit only - no exchanges.
* All qualifying orders placed using payment via installments are eligible for returns only and are ineligible for exchange.
* All Surprise Me items are final sale, no exchanges or returns. Surprise Me items are not eligible for discount or promotion. All non-Surprise sale items purchased using the discount code COLORPOP will be eligible for returns only. This code cannot be combined. Exclusions apply including gift cards and select clothing and accessories. Code cannot be applied to any previous and existing purchases, and will not be carried over to any future orders. In addition, the code cannot be retroactively applied to orders placed during the sale after 12/3/24 Noon EST. Code only applies to in-stock items. This sale is only available online, NOT in-store. The sale starts at 1pm EST on Tues Nov 26 and will run until Noon EST on Tuesday, Dec 3.
**TOTE NOTE // Our totes and our dresses belong together! If you have ordered more than one dress or shirt and are returning only a partial order, you may keep the tote. However, if you are returning a one-unit order (dress or shirt) and it's accompanying tote is not returned along with it, we may deduct €18 from your refund. You may also request via email ahead of time to keep the tote for €18. EXCHANGES: Please include your tote when sending back your dress: we will ship you another tote with your new dress!
Refunds are issued in the original form of purchase for all items. You will be refunded within 15 days of our receipt of the return items.
Shipping
Free shipping on orders over €150 anywhere in the EU. EU orders under €150 will be charged a flat shipping fee of €10. For everywhere else worldwide, a scaled rate starting at €28 (depending on number of units ordered) will be applied at checkout.
Zuri is not responsible for any bank or credit card fees issued by the customer's bank/credit card company.
All goods ship from within the EU. Customers in countries outside the EU will be responsible for any duties or additional VAT assessed.
Delivery times will vary, but on average delivery will be within 5-9 business days for all in-stock items.
Zuri is not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen once they have been marked delivered by the carrier.
