Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Free outbound shipping on orders over €95 anywhere in the EU.  EU orders under €95 will be charged a flat shipping fee of €10.  For everywhere else worldwide, a scaled rate starting at €28 (depending on number of units ordered) will be applied at checkout.

All goods ship from within the EU.  Customers in countries outside the EU will be responsible for any duties or additional VAT assessed. 

Delivery times will vary, but on average delivery will be within 5-9 business days for all in-stock items.  

Zuri is not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen once they have been marked delivered by the carrier.   

Returns / Exchanges

All items that are unworn and undamaged may be returned or exchanged for any reason within 15 days of receiving the product.  Please ensure tags are still on and the tote is included in the return.**

EU returns: please contact us for return/exchange authorization via email at support@shopzuri.com.  Once authorized, you may then send your item back to us at:  Zuri Returns: C/O Gears of Sumo OU, Marati 4-3, 11712, Tallinn, Estonia, +372 5559 4529.  Exchanges over €95 ship outbound for free.  Exchanges with an order value of less than $95 will be invoiced for the outbound shipping fee of €10.

**TOTE NOTE // Our totes and our dresses belong together!  If you have ordered more than one dress or shirt and are returning only a partial order, you may keep the tote.  However, if you are returning a one-unit order (dress or shirt) and it's accompanying tote is not returned along with it, we may deduct €12 from your refund.  You may also request via email ahead of time to keep the tote for €12.  EXCHANGES:  Please include your tote when sending back your dress: we will ship you another tote with your new dress! 

Refunds are issued in the original form of purchase for all items. You will be refunded within 15 days of our receipt of the return items.
