Meet our production partner, SOKO Kenya! Based in Kikambala on the Kenyan coast, they are an ethical manufacturer that truly embraces a fair, kind and transparent work culture. In addition to paying above living wages, SOKO Kenya provides employees with paid leave and stipends for family emergencies, free pre-primary childcare for all employees with children from ages 2-4, daily mid-morning tea and midday lunch, and clear, outlined processes for job advancement. Fit is exactly to size, fabric is excellent quality and the color is so vibrant! I have received so many compliments on this dress and many friends have asked me where I purchased it. Sustainable fashion is so important and I hope we have many new Zuri fans soon.

I ordered this dress as part of the recent "Surprise Me" sale, since I need a maternity dress but I didn't want a standard boring one. I usually make my clothes so this is my one purchase. 100% worth it! I love the orange and red and can already see myself wearing it tons. Thanks for sending me such a gorgeous dress 💗

I’ve worn this dress extensively since receiving it, both for work, informal occasions and most recently for my birthday celebration (hence why there’s a photo!) It has taken to being dressed up and down beautifully, being layered with a woolly slipover in the cold, and being dressed up with matching shawls, and like my other Zuri dress always secures compliments. Surprisingly versatile in spite of the bold, colourful pattern, and always puts a smile on my face!

I’d had this one on my list for some time but was never sure whether the big florals would work on me. I visited Bleecker Street and decided to try on a long length dress to see whether I could make it work as a midi on my 5’3” frame. This was the only long in my size available on that day so I tried it, cinched it with a patchwork belt, and it was a done deal. The pattern is very elegant, perfect for day into evening or for special occasion. It has very vibrant orange and pink against a black background for a dramatic effect. It’ll be a great holiday dress option!
